We have provided almost everything we could think of including five 4k TVs w/ Netflix and cable, wifi, heated (optional) salt water pool w/ 7' privacy fencing, adult bikes, beach gear, Pack & Play, office, board games, relaxing lounge chairs, stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, garage parking, dog crate, all in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Oh, and of course it's just 5 miles to world renowned beaches. The space This beachy home is comfortable, clean and inviting. It's the perfect place to vacation as its close to world renowned beaches and IMG academy. It's been renovated and is setup to make life easy. Just bring your suitcase and swim suit! For an additional fee we can heat the pool. Please contact us if interested. Check-in: 5:00pm Check-out: 11:00am Due to high occupancy and strict cleaning schedules we are unable to accommodate Late check-outs or early check-ins. PLEASE refrain from inquiring about this. Garbage is only collected twice per week. Occasionally a short booking may not include a garbage day (ex. Fri-Sun) and thus the outdoor garbage cans may not be empty on your arrival. We ask for your help in this matter by placing the garbage can on the curb for collection on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Once collected we ask that you return the garbage cans out of site through the back door of the garage. We will get fined if the cans are left at the road or in the driveway. Note: Bradenton doesn't offer recycling service. Parties: We do not allow large parties. Family get togethers are acceptable if they are relatively tame. Mainly we ask that you respect the neighborhood and the house. We do not allow confetti and would prefer no decorations taped on the walls (all tape must be removed if so)
