Beautiful views and a wonderful pool and hot tub. Close to amazing red rocks that you can climb and play on all day. World famous biking trails right across the road. Guest access You will have full access to the entire condo and amenities. Including: pool, jacuzzi, pickle ball courts, basketball court, and swing set. The condo and pool have keyless entries. We will give you all the necessary access codes before arrival. You will not have to meet anyone to check in. It will be a home away from home. Other things to note Each bedroom has its own TV. The master bedroom and living room have smart TVs with all the regular streaming apps like Netflix. There is a natural gas grill on the patio. Please turn the gas off when done so there’s no accidents. Also let us know if it needs attention. We also try to keep pickle ball paddles, a basketball, and pool toys in the condo but sometimes they walk off. There are plenty of cooking pans, pots, and utensils. There is also a coffee maker, and toaster.
