The Loft at Retreat Paros is a 70 sqm, 1 bed apartment located in the heart of the old town, Parikia. Built in 1540, this unique and historic apartment is fully renovated and equipped to accommodate modern needs. The space The Loft at Retreat Paros is a luxury apartment in the heart of the old town, Parikia, 3-minute walk from the port and next to all the vibrant life of the town. All furnishing is carefully sourced from local craftsmen and the design aesthetic of the flat is strong. The apartment consists of the following spaces: 1 Master bedroom, 1 Loft bedroom accessed via the master bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen / living room and a balcony. - The master bedroom is quiet and spacious. Here you will find a comfortable queen sized mattress, reading lights, a hairdryer, space for your luggage and a large skylight that works remotely. - In the loft bedroom which is connected with the master bedroom, you will find a comfortable double sofa bed with a reading light. -Outside the bedrooms there is a hallway with lots of wardrobe space for you to store your belongings. - The kitchen space is large and fully equipped to enjoy cooking, fitted with modern luxury appliances (fridge, oven, and hob). A Nespresso machine for your morning espresso, toaster and kettle are also available. A large dining table is also there for you to enjoy your breakfasts and meals or even to spend some time on your laptop. - The living room is spacious with a comfy sofa that turns into a single bed and a Smart TV. - The bathroom is equipped with essential amenities (towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and hand soap) - The shared balcony has a table and chairs for you to enjoy reading, playing a game, eat and drink or just simply be! Also the balcony offers great views of the old agora and mount Marpissa and is magical in the evenings! We want you to know that we take cleanliness very seriously.
