Enjoy our villa on the edge of the state forest, close to the beautiful beach of Giraudière (7 minutes by bike) and local shops (500 meters away). It is located in a very quiet residential environment. The garden, beautifully planted with pine trees and holm oaks (1300 m2), is fully enclosed with the possibility of parking a car. The space The house is composed on the ground floor of a living room of about 45 m2 with an open kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed (one 140 and the other 160), a bathroom and separate toilet. A mezzanine, TV area, with a large corner sofa can accommodate 1 extra bed (children love it). In addition, there is an independent studio with its terrace, about 24 m2 attached to the house. It consists of a main room with a double bed of 140 cm and a sofa bed of 90 cm, a bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy an exotic wooden terrace located on the front of the house, a picnic table under the pines to eat in the shade and a covered area with a barbecue that can accommodate up to 10 people for meals, located on the back of the house. On the plot of about 1300 m2, fully enclosed, you can park a vehicle. Deckchairs and a parasol are also available. Outside of summer holidays (July and August) the house can be rented for 4 or 5 people, without the studio. See the conditions on our second listing. Guest access The house is entirely yours. Other things to note A stone's throw from the house, you can shop at the supermarket (U store) and the bakery to buy pastries, cakes and fresh bread. You can also order pizzas, burgers, fries, salads or sit at the table of a bar or restaurant. A bike rental service is also available near the house (500 m). IMPORTANT: Linens are not provided. If you wish, Elsa, in charge of our house, can offer you linen rental for €20 per bed made on arrival and €10 per person for 2 bath towels (one large and one medium). Housekeeping for €150 is optional. If you choose this option, you will have to give the payment directly to Elsa upon check-in.
