Room_2 in a local home for the Angoulême FFA

On the occasion of the Angoulême festivals (Comic Book Festival, Francophone Film Festival (FFA) or the ramparts circuit), we welcome you to Mornac: a nice little quiet village 15 minutes from downtown Angoulême (by car, bus possible). I have the option to rent 3 rooms in my house. The space I have a large house with 4 bedrooms. Bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. Separate toilet. The kitchen is self-service. You have the option to eat on the sheltered terrace. In the basement, you can use my elliptical bike, my weight bench, play on my pool table or my ping pong table. You can also store bikes if needed. Guest access The entrance door has a digicode. You will have access to the entire house. There are two levels in the house: a semi-underground basement and a floor, both levels are accessible from the ground floor, you can also go from the floor to the basement by a staircase. During your stay I will remain available to help you or to pick you up if you are lost. Other things to note The house is non-smoking, if you wish, you can go to the terrace.
