This is a clean, comfortable, and inviting private guesthouse that is detached from the main house with a private parking spot in the driveway and a private entrance. Our guesthouse is 650 square ft. and appointed like an efficiency studio style apartment. Ideally, It sleeps two but can accommodate a third person if you don't mind sleeping on a quality air mattress or a sofa. Space includes: Hi speed internet Apple TV / Netflix / Hulu Tankless hot water heater I home speaker Plenty of games The space Your private parking space is in the driveway directly in front of the gate on the west side of the property. A side gate directly in front of your parking spot will lead you to your private courtyard and entryway. Other things to note: We have 2 middle-aged Stafford Shire Bull Terroirs named Roxie and Conan who live in the main house. They're extremely lovable and great with people of all ages. They rarely bark and won’t disturb you. Odds are you won't see them unless you catch us on our evening walk. Guest access Guests have complete access to our private guesthouse with their own private courtyard. consequentially, we ask that guests are mindful and respectful of our privacy in the main house and the back yard. Also, parties, large groups, small gatherings, outside visitors, smoking indoors, and pets are all NOT permitted. Other things to note Drive a Tesla?
