The bedroom contains a queen size bed, one single and one pull-out bed. If you prefer the couch can adapt to a queen size bed in the living room. A small balcony allows for BBQ'ing and enjoying the ocean view. Private washing facilities are included in the apartment and one basement parking is assigned to the apartment with additional open parking available in the complex. Guest access Full access to all facilities within the estate including restaurant, pools, walking and cycling paths, picnic and bird watching areas. For monthly stays running costs are for the guest's account: Prepaid electricity can be recharged via the meter in the apartment. WiFi, cleaning and change of linen can be arranged as a paid optional extra.
