The villa is newly built and equipped with modern and comfortable furniture, which makes Villa Alt a perfect holiday spot for families and a group of friends. The space The 530 m2 Villa Alt with an indoor area of 150 m2 has the capacity to accommodate up to eight guests. The villa consists of the ground floor and the 1st floor. The ground floor of Villa Alt consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and access to a private bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, there is a storage room with a washing machine. On the 1st floor of Villa Alt, guests will find a large open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen next to a chic dining area for six people. The living area is located right next to the dining area and features a flat-screen TV as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two guests. If the sleeping arrangement on the sofa is not ddemed suitable, the offer of the villa includes an extra bed that can be made available to guests. Glass doors from the dining area lead onto a balcony with a gorgeous sea view. The master bedroom is also located on the 1st floor of the Villa. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access to a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, there is an exit to a balcony with garden furniture. The courtyard of Villa Alt is fully fenced so that guests have full privacy during their stay at the villa. The main attraction of the outdoor area is the beautiful 44 m2 private swimming pool surrounded by lounging chairs so that guests can cool off and lounge by the pool. Guests can also show their barbecuing skills in the courtyard of Villa Alt and dine on fresh air in the outdoor dining area for 8 people. The villa provides 4 private parking spaces.
