The ground floor offers a large bright and friendly living room, bringing together a fully equipped modern kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, complete dishes...) and a large central island where 6 people can comfortably sit for meals or aperitif. A raclette machine is also available for gourmet evenings. Families with children will appreciate the high chair provided. The living room, warm and comfortable, is equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a connected TV, as well as a Nintendo Wii, perfect for sharing fun moments with family or friends. Upstairs you will find two master suites, each equipped with a double bed and its own private bathroom, as well as a separate toilet, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for everyone. The second floor houses a large room including a bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with bathtub, ideal for children. A baby cot and changing table are also available for the little ones. This room also hosts a real games room: René Pierre American billiards, foosball, darts, poker and board games promise you many moments of relaxation and conviviality, whatever the weather. Guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially in the evening and at night. The house is spread over three floors (ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor). It is therefore not suitable for people with mobility difficulties or very young children without supervision on the stairs. The accommodation has two independent toilets (ground floor and 1st floor) as well as three shower rooms/bathrooms. A laundry room is at your disposal with washing machine, iron, ironing board and steam iron. Linens and towels are provided for all guests, up to 6 people. Parking is free and easy near the listing. Parties, events and evenings are not allowed in order to preserve the calm and quality of the place.
