Over an 1.5 acres for your enjoyment - A beautiful 3200 sq. ft. home opens up to cathedral ceilings with skylights above, natural oak wood floors, a working fireplace, private ipe wood deck, pool, har-tru tennis court with ball-machine, BBQ, and hammock.  Shade trees abound and 1/3 of the property is your own creek and wetlands filled with animals in the summertime.  See swans, geese, osprey, gulls, butterflies, deer, rabbit, hedge hogs, and turtles to name a few. Rainy days are not a problem in this kid-friendly home.  The house comes with 52' HD Flatscreen TV, HD-cable, DVR, DVD, Stereo, WiFi, printer/copier/fax, a free standing Arcade Legends video game preloaded with 40 arcade classics from Asteroids to Missile Command, and plenty of board games and jigsaw puzzles.  The residence is setback from the road and has a pool fence for peace of mind.  There's even a portable play pen if needed. Want to go out?  You are couple a minutes away from some of the best beaches in the country, the colonial farmhouses of Remsenberg, or the family-friendly village Westhampton Beach where the locals enjoy a performing arts center, movies, bookstores, toy shops, a farmer's market, cafes, bakeries, and of course ice cream.  Shopping outlets and golf are just a short drive away and for the kid's there's Slipsh Splash Water Park, Boomers Amusement Park, Atlantis Aquarium, a Game Farm, and a large school playground.  Prefer a little exercise grab one of the two two bikes that come with the house and go for a road ride or off-road on the nearby Manorville trail.  There's also a weight set and bench in the basement. Need a rest?  Master Bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, his and hers closets, a full bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub, and direct access to the pool deck Jacuzzi.  Two more bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs provide a variety of sleeping options with a queen-sized bed, four twin beds, and a fold-out sofa bed. I am looking to rent to individuals, couples, and families that will treat my house as there own.  Monthly rentals preferred, no share house rentals please.  Guest Review: The tennis court and pool (with childproof fence) were great amenities to start or end the day with after a day at the beach or exploring the many nearby attractions. Very quiet neighborhood with good degree of privacy and beautiful creek views to start your morning with coffee or end your day with a glass of wine.'
