Alexandria will make your stay enjoyable. *Steps away to bus stop *2.7miles to King St Metro. King St will offer you free Trolley, Restaurants, Cafes, Waterfront & much more * less than 0.2miles to Harries Teeter, 1.0 mile to Giant, 2.7 miles to Whole Foods, 4.0 miles to Trader Joe's. The space I have two sitting rooms in the house in which one is located on the ground floor and the other on first floor. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the communal areas such as sitting rooms, Washing machine & dryer with laundry detergent can be provided for extra charge, $20.00 per load. During your stay I live in the home, so you will see me as I go about my business. I'm also always available in person, via text, call and/or email. Other things to note * To ensure safety, I would like to verify your identity. Please provide a copy of your government issues ID through Airbnb chat. You can redact any personal information. Only those on the reservation permitted inside - must be same as identified when booking. *My policy favors guests with reviews for a more positive experience, therefore no review no hosting. *This Airbnb isn’t for those who work from home and those who prefer to stay home. *Remove shoes at the hallway before going upstairs. *Lock the door, deadbolt (Top lock) when coming in and leaving. *No events, parties, or gatherings. Also, no overnight guests (unless earlier discussed) * Designated Visitor parking permit for up to 13 days consecutively is provided. If planning to stay longer than 13 days and/or if the visitor parking gets full, then street parking is available with owner’s risk. Nearby street such as S. Ingrim st, is about couple of minutes from my place. * No smoking in the house. * Air conditioning/Heating is available and programmed to the appropriate temperature. Please don't try and adjust the system. * If you lose your keys or parking permit, you are responsible for the replacement cost, which is typically a fee of $20 for keys and $20 for the parking permit. * Any incidents such as breaking of furniture’s and/or any items, pluming items…etc. will be deducted from deposit * Sorry, no pets * I do provide clean linens and towels. Please don't use the towels provided to remove your makeup. * Iron and ironing board is located by the washing machine/drier. * My house has just under 20 flights * Please do not engage in any illegal activities on my property or in my home. These includes: a) Drugs b) Illegal activities on the internet c) Solicitation *Bathroom Use: Please limit your shower to 20 minutes per shower and no bathing. This helps us conserve water. *Kitchen use: Please note that the kitchen is not available for guest use during your stay. * Please treat my home with as much respect as you would treat your own home and CLEAN AFTER YOURSELF
