The space The house is fully equipped for a good time, including a wine fridge, BBQ and a fire pit in the back yard. There is an entertainment room in the basement with a 90-inch 4k SMART TV, Bell Fibre Cable, unlimited internet, and an Apple TV with Netflix. The master bedroom also has Bell FIbre Cable and an Apple TV with Netflix etc. Enjoy two gas fireplaces, including one in the masterbedroom, and a dining room in addition to an eat-in kitchen with a gas range. Keurig coffee provided as well as tea choices. 2nd-floor washer and dryer. There is a pack n play for infants if you need it- and we provide one baby gate that can be moved around depending on where it is needed Guest access Guests have full access to the house and backyard, as well as two free parking spaces in the driveway. Other things to note There is high-speed, unlimited wifi in the house. We ask that you please do not touch any of the art. We also recycle and compost and request that guests do the same. Instructions are found in the kitchen for which bins go with which items. Because of the City of Toronto’s restrictions on property owners — this house is now only available for long-term rentals of 29 days or more.
