Cozy & Cheerful 1 br apartment

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Newly renovated One bedroom apartment with a queen bed. The lamps on the nightstand are wireless chargers and lamp combo. The couch is a pullout queen sleeper. Extra pillows, bedding and blanket are in the closet. We can accommodate 4 people. We have security cameras and keypad for secure entry. The space There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. One load per day is included, additional loads will be extra. (Please only use HE detergent). There’s a full size refrigerator and gas stove with oven available for use. We have a Keurig and coffee available as well. There’s a 42 inch TV in the living room and a 32 inch TV in the bedroom. The bathroom has great water pressure. We are located in a convenient area with grocery store, chase bank, cvs, rite aid, pizzeria, Thai food, laundromat, Wendy’s, taco, salon, carvel and liquor store two blocks away. The beach is 0.8 miles away, it has a fishing pier, spray park, restaurant and live band, also movies in the park (just bring your lawn chairs) at Tanner park. House rules: Please NO EATING, DRINKING or SHOES on the bed Please TURN OFF AC and lights when leaving Please NO loud MUSIC or high TV volume after 9 pm NO SMOKING and NO DRUGS in the house NO PETS NO EVENTS or PARTIES Only reserved number of guests allowed at all times (upto 4 and must be preregistered: $25 per person per night if more than 2 people) This is quiet residential area. The rest of house may be occupied at the time of booking. You will have your own privacy- your own entrance and space for your stay. There’s plenty of free street parking available. There’s LIRR to travel all over NYC or stay in Long Island. We can’t wait to host you. Other things to note The LIRR train station makes it convenient to visit any part of NYC and stay in the quiet area in Long Island.
