Located just 5 minutes from College Mall, Assembly Hall, and Memorial Stadium, this family friendly home provides a welcoming, quiet, retreat less than 10 minutes from bustling, downtown Bloomington and only 20 minutes from Nashville, Indiana. This unique house invites guests in from the moment you enter, featuring hardwood floors throughout and copious windows in every room. The space Spacious three bedroom house with an open floor plan. Even though the house is open, there are nooks to enjoy around every corner. Ready to chill? Enjoy a large backyard with a good size deck, gas grill and fire pit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main floor and the whole yard. Other things to note This is my primary residence and the house contains many of my personal objects. While guests are staying upstairs, I will be staying in the basement along with my two small, and very friendly, dogs. There is NO interior access between the two floors.
