Misto I and Misto II are two neighbouring, fully independent homes with nine en-suite bedrooms, two open-plan living areas and two private saltwater pools. Each has its own garden, shaded lounge and covered outdoor kitchen, while Misto I also includes a game room. Your whole group stays close, with space to gather or retreat, panoramic Adriatic views and Primošten only a short drive away. The space Villas Misto combines two fully independent homes next to each other, booked together for one group of up to 18 guests. Misto I accommodates 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms. Four upstairs bedrooms open onto a large sea-view terrace, while the ground-floor bedroom overlooks the garden. A separate game room has a pool table, table football, darts and a PS5. Misto II accommodates eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms, all with sea views. The ground-floor bedroom opens directly onto the pool area, while all three upstairs bedrooms have unobstructed Adriatic views. This floor also has a sea-view terrace and a laundry room. The ground-floor bedroom and main living spaces can be reached without using stairs. Each house has its own open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, laundry room with a washer and dryer, private saltwater pool with a raised whirlpool section, sun loungers, shaded outdoor lounge, covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, Mediterranean garden and Ofyr wood-fired grill, with firewood provided. Guest access Both houses and all outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for your group. Nothing is shared with anyone outside your booking. You will have full use of both pools, gardens, terraces, outdoor kitchens, laundry rooms and the game room in Misto I. Private shaded parking is available free of charge. Other things to note Villas Misto accommodate up to 18 guests. No additional visitors are permitted on the property. Bringing unregistered guests, undisclosed pets, or exceeding the agreed guest count may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund. The pools are heated by heat pumps, which operate when outdoor temperatures are above 15°C. Weather conditions like wind and rain may affect pool temperatures, especially in cooler seasons.
