This beach house is conveniently located 5mi to Ocean City's boardwalk & 5mi to Assateague Island Seashore park/beach - home of the wild ponies, many restaurants, pubs, supermarkets to include a Wal*Mart super-center & retail outlet stores i.e. Tanger outlet. Guest access - Guests have access to the entire home, outside enclosed patio and surrounding grass yard. - FREE use of the community's (two) large pools, 1000' fishing/crabbing pier, pond fishing/paddle boats, game room, and coined laundromat. - FREE family pass during their stay, to Assateague Island National Seashore Beach Park - home of the wild ponies. - 2 parking spots available. No parking on street &/or any grassy areas in the community. - Renters are not allowed to use of golf carts &/or have trailers parked on the driveway. Other things to note 1. Guests are asked to sign a Rental Agreement. 2. Guests are to provide their own bed sheets, blankets, towels & toiletries. 3. Check-in time is between 3p-9p and check-out is 11am. 4.
