The Eco BnB, Sheet

The EcoBnB looks out onto our peaceful and private garden, through which the Ashford Stream flows. An eco-build annexe, furnished to a very high standard, peaceful and relaxing. Look us up at Ecobnb . uk for a 3D tour of the space. Sheet is a quiet picturesque village, on the edge of Petersfield, and has several excellent pubs within an easy walk. Petersfield train station/town centre are 25 minutes walk. Bedales School, and Goodwood are within an easy drive. The space We aim to provide a friendly and open place to stay, where you will feel home from home in our annexe that we designed and built ourselves. Whether you are on your own, with a partner, or family, we can accommodate you. The annexe is a recently-constructed eco-build that has brought our Grade II-listed cottage into the 21st century. You will have your own entrance into a double height space with a mezzanine bedroom above. We provide an en-suite bathroom, in an African style, with a shower, basin and toilet. [Note that this isn't a long-drop!] SLEEPING Upstairs there are a double bed, and a day bed, that can be adapted to make two single beds, and a further single mattress. Downstairs, there is a double sofa bed. Downstairs, there is a large lounge with TV, WiFi, USB charging sockets, small kitchenette, table and chairs, and a piano! KITCHENETTE The kitchenette is small, not a full sized kitchen. It is equipped with an undercounter fridge and a freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, halogen oven, air fryer oven, small table top oven, slow cooker, and induction hob with two rings, a multi-cooker and an extra induction single ring. FAMILY We even have a cupboard of toys and children's books, another cupboard of board games, many family friendly DVDs, and novels. You look out on our own private, mature landscaped garden through which the Ashford stream flows. It really is home from home. We provide all bedding, towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the bedroom and bathroom during your stay. The bathroom has two entrance doors, one of which leads to the glazed link connecting the annexe to the main house. This locked during your stay, with furniture in front of it to prevent access. Other things to note We provide cereals, organic home made bread for toasting, with a selection of toppings. If you would prefer a different style of breakfast or have special dietary needs, let me know. We're happy to give you a tour of our environmentally-friendly home, with solar PV panels, solar thermal panels, underfloor heating and large thermal store. The design aimed to use zero-carbon materials, and there is a truly unique feel to our spaces. Note: although our stream is fenced, toddlers and young children could be at risk, and parental supervision is required at all times.
