Fantastic 4-bedroom villa. Stunning views of Mount Teide, the Orotava Valley and the black sand beaches of Bollullo, Ancón and Patos. You will enjoy a stay with all the amenities, spacious rooms, private parking, large living room, private pool area and garden. In a quiet area but with easy access to the highway, restaurants, shopping areas. An ideal place to rest and work. You'll only hear the sea. Heated pool (approx. 25ºC). The space The entire villa is for guests' private use. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms with 1.80x2 m beds, each with a private bathroom in the room. In addition, a bedroom with two single beds also with a private bathroom and another bedroom with a bed. The mattresses are very comfortable and 30cm high. All rooms (except one) have ocean views. Fully equipped separate kitchen with appliances and dishwasher and laundry room (washer and dryer). It also has a large living room with an extra large TV and a dining area for all guests to enjoy It is ideal for several families or friends to work and enjoy The house has several terraces to make the most of the views and hours of sunshine, as well as the heated pool area, renovated in June 2023, where there is also another small kitchen, indoor dining room and toilet. IMPORTANT: The pool is heated to 30°C but depending on the outside temperature (especially in winter) and the pool's measurements, the water is not always at that temperature (it is usually about 23-25°C). Please keep this in mind, as we cannot guarantee an exact temperature. The house is located on a cliff, so you have to go up/down stairs, but that's what gives the house a special character and allows it to be in a quiet, unique and privileged place. It has space for one car in a covered garage and two outdoors.
