Fantastic 4-bedroom villa. Stunning views of Mount Teide, the Orotava Valley and the black sand beaches of Bollullo, Ancón and Patos. You'll enjoy a stay with all home comforts, spacious rooms, private parking, large lounge, private pool area and garden. In a quiet area but easy access to highway, restaurants, shopping areas. An ideal place to rest and work. You'll only hear the sea. Heated pool (approx. 25ºC). The space The entire villa is for guests' private use. The house has 2 double bedrooms with 1.80x2 m beds, each with a private bathroom in the room. In addition, a room with two single beds also with a private bathroom and another room with a bed. The mattresses are very comfortable and 30 cm high. All rooms (except one) have sea views. Fully equipped independent kitchen with appliances and dishwasher and laundry room (washer and dryer). It also has a large living room with an extra-large TV and a dining area for all guests to enjoy. It's ideal for several families or friends to work and enjoy The house has several terraces to make the most of the views and the hours of sunshine, in addition to the heated pool area, renovated in June 2023, where there is also another small kitchen, indoor dining room and toilet. IMPORTANT: the pool is heated to 30°C but depending on the outside temperature (especially in winter) and the size of the pool, the water is not always at that temperature (it is usually around 23-25°C). Please bear this in mind, as we cannot guarantee an exact temperature. The house is located on a cliff, so you have to go up/down stairs, but it is what gives the house a special character and allows it to be in a quiet, unique and privileged place. It has space for one car in a covered garage and two outdoors.
