Heated pool The space The entire villa is for the private use of guests. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms with 1.80x2 meter beds, each with a private bathroom in the room. In addition, a room with two single beds also with a private bathroom and another room with one bed. The mattresses are very comfortable and 30cm high. All rooms (except one) have ocean views. Fully equipped independent kitchen with appliances and dishwasher and laundry room (washer and dryer). It also has a large living room with an extra large TV and dining area where all guests can enjoy themselves It is ideal for several families or friends to work and enjoy The house has several terraces to make the most of the views and sunshine hours, as well as the heated pool area, renovated in June 2023, where there is also another small kitchen, indoor dining room, and toilet. The house is located on a cliff, so you have to go up/down stairs, but it is what gives the house a special character and allows you to be in a quiet, unique and privileged place. It has space for one car in a covered garage and two outdoors.
