Casa Incantevole is an apartment on the sixth floor, ideal for families, couples or small groups of up to 6 guests. It has two bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two terraces. The beach is in front of the house, while the Ponte del Mare, the marina, and the city center are within easy walking distance. The space The apartment offers bright and functional rooms, designed to comfortably experience the sea and the city in every season. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle: everything you need to prepare a breakfast or meal independently during your stay. The beach is in front of the house, with seaside resorts and stretches of public beach in the immediate vicinity. From the small terrace, on clear days, you can enjoy the morning light on the sea and the atmosphere of the Riviera. A few minutes' walk away are the Ponte del Mare, the symbol of Pescara, the marina, the waterfront promenade, and the characteristic trabocchi of the coast. The city center, with restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, is easily accessible on foot. The air-conditioned entrance, embellished with an aquarium, leads into a well-kept and relaxing environment, designed to welcome families, couples, or small groups on vacation by the sea. Other things to note The apartment is located in a residential condominium: we therefore ask our guests to respect the common areas, quiet hours, and the peace and quiet of the other residents, avoiding noise and behavior that may cause disturbance, especially in the evening and at night. Casa Incantevole is a vacation home and does not provide food or beverages, including breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows guests to prepare their own breakfasts and meals during their stay. Upon delivery of the keys, the payment of the accommodation tax, equal to €2.00, will be required, where due and in accordance with the provisions of the municipal regulations in force.
