Full bath with bathtub only adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3. Nice small bath with shower located downstairs. Property is 7 minutes from Ohio River, 10 minutes to Brown County Fairgrounds and 20 minutes to Maysville, Kentucky. Small family gatherings, bridal and baby showers are welcome. Guest access Parking is prevalent on the property. There is also room for boat parking for our Ohio River guests. Property is only minutes from Brown County Fairgrounds with ample parking for horse or equipment trailers. Other things to note This house is not wheelchair accessible. Individuals with limited mobility and using walkers have found the house to be comfortable for them.
