The space On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room to sit and relax in while you watch TV. Netflix is supplied for free, and there is a selection of books and board games for you to use. There is also free WIFI. The living room also has a dining area that seats 4. High chair is available for small children, please specify on booking. The modern kitchen is well equipped with electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, as well as all the cooking essentials you need. Complementary tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and welsh cakes are also provided. The kitchen leads out to a fully fenced, private and secure garden with large patio area. There is a table and 4 chairs and an L-shaped sofa (cushions are stored in the garage, which can be accessed from the rear garden). It is a perfect space to sit and relax or a safe space for the children to play. There is also a selection of outdoor games stored in the garage. The first floor has a modern master double bedroom and a delightful twin bedroom (bunk beds). The first floor also has a modern bathroom with double electric shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. FREE PARKING on driveway (suitable for work vans) and plenty of free street parking for additional vehicles. We are taking extra care to sanitise your space due to COVID-19 - all touchable surfaces will be disinfected and each room cleaned using extensive cleaning checklists. Guest access There is free parking on driveway outside the property (suitable for work vans) and additional free street parking and access to a secure garage to store bikes, push chair or any sporting equipment. The Millennium coastal path and lake are at the end of the street, and the beach is just beyond the lake. The Sandpiper Brewers Fayre is a lovely pub on the lake, just a short walk at the end of the street. St Elli's Bay Bistro, Brasserie and Gelato counter and Cattle and Co serving authentic American BBQ food are within walking distance along the coastal path. Water sports such as paddle boarding are available at Llanelli's North Dock. Machynys Golf Course and spa facilities at Monks Health Club are a short drive away, as well as horse racing at Ffos Las racecourse. Pembrey Country Park is well worth a visit too with miles of golden sands, cycle paths and even a dry ski slope. Trostre Retail Park is close by hosting many high street shops and restaurants. The area has something for everyone!
