There is a covered deck overlooking the golf course that has a bbq and patio seating so you can watch the sunset over the mountains. It includes a master bedroom with ensuite and TV, and an additional 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The bottom floor is a family’s dream! Another kitchen/bar, with a large TV area and extra bar seating. A second recreation room offers table tennis, foosball and ample space for games and puzzles, which are included. There is a covered walkout with additional seating and a fire table for parents to keep watch over kids playing in the backyard. There are an additional 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower in the lower level. Guest access There is abundant parking in front of the house, and a garage that can fit one vehicle. Guests will have access to an array of trail hiking and golf courses, small river inlets, and two nearby lakes. Only 10 mins to Columbia Lake Provincial Park, and 15 mins to Windermere Beach. In the winter, it’s only 10 mins to Fairmont Ski Resort, 40 mins to Panorama Mountain Resort, and just over an hour to Kimberly Alpine Resort. However you like to adventure, this makes the perfect home base. Other things to note We are a pet free home, and ask that all guests who smoke please do so outside with the doors closed.
