Here, all seasons are enjoyable, from summer with sun, swimming and barbecue evenings as well as autumn mushroom trips and skating on the lake when the ice has settled. Plot of 2500 sqm, terrace of 250 sqm with furniture for both sun, relaxation and lovely dining moments. 400 meters to Lake Sommen and lovely swimming area for adults and children. The accommodation is in new condition with 3 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, and all the equipment needed for a wonderful time! The space Our vacation home was completed in 2018, and offers you a fresh and well-equipped accommodation in scenic surroundings with both forest and lake nearby. 250 sqm terrace offers lovely outdoor life, barbecue and spectacular sunsets regardless of the season. Guest access You are on the property of about 2500 sqm. There are several patios, sun furniture, pavilion with sofa group, barbecue and large trampoline. Other things to note There is a possibility to rent a bed set and bath towels +towel if desired - SEK 100 per set and stay. There is also the possibility to rent SUP during the stay, SEK 800 for stay up to one week, SEK 1000 for the entire stay for a longer stay. You leave the house in the condition you would like to find it in upon your arrival, manual is available for what is expected. If you would like to be able to wake up and leave, cleaning on departure can usually be resolved upon request, 1500 SEK. For booking bedding, cleaning and/or sup, please send a message.
