Space 145 square meters. Terrace with barbecue and dining area. Amazing views of the meadow, the sun shines on the terrace. Location in the center of Mathildedal, from where it is a short walk, for example, to the outdoor and cycling routes of Teijo National Park. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. In the village, everything is within walking distance: hiking trails, swimming, tennis, paddle tennis, mini golf, and paddle board, canoe & rowing boat rentals. In addition, MTB/skiing/downhill cars + golf in Meriteijo 3 km. - Parking at the end of the house. Other things to note Nice house inside & out, idyllic environment. We bought this as our holiday home, and we rent it out from time to time. Plattapoffi is a 1-storey large stone house, which is divided into two apartments, i.e. technically it is a semi-detached house. Complete peace and quiet in the apartment and yard. Since we actively use the apartment ourselves and there are our belongings there, we do not rent the apartment for party use. - The apartment has a total of two wide double beds (180 cm), a sofa bed (120 cm), an air bed (150 cm) and an extra mattress. There is also a high chair for children. There is a barbecue in the yard and an electric fireplace in the storage room. - Sea and lake beaches nearby (sea 550 m, lake 700 m), plus several good swimming places and public saunas nearby.
