There is one extra bedroom (4th bedroom) on the first floor that the owner does not include in the house rental. Renters will have full use of the house and nobody will be in the extra bedroom while the house is rented. Guest access Guests may use the whole house except for the extra bedroom on the first floor which will be locked. Guests will have use of all 3 bedrooms upstairs. Both the front and rear patios are also open for the renter to use and enjoy. You will be the only people at the house. Other things to note There will be a binder in the kitchen which explains how to use the various systems of the house. If you have a larger group, consider renting our other home as well.
