One bed Lodge in AONB Dorset with shared pool area

Fully refurbished ,Brook Lodge sits in the grounds of the main house in the village of Iwerne Minster. One bedroom , king sized bed. Bathroom with free standing bath and separate walk in shower. Open plan living area downstairs with sofa , dining area for 4, new fitted kitchen ,separate cloakroom and entrance hall. Small outdoor semi private seating area.Free WiFi .TV. Welcome pack. NB Outdoor heated pool OPEN beginning JUNE to SEPTEMBER ONLY .NB Pool use is shared with property owners. The space The Lodge sits to the side of the main house. It is a private space with a small outdoor seating area to the side of the doors , and further seating around the shared pool area( June to Sept) Pool is open air so it is only open from end May to end September . Pool is CLOSED from October to mid May Pool area is a shared space in Summer months . Guest access Parking is adjacent to the garage/workshop The house is situated in a small village with a well stocked village shop and pub, both of which are walkable from the Lodge Other things to note Pool is only open in the Summer months During the remainder of the year it is covered but there is still access to the pool area for additional seating if required, or to catch some Winter sun!
