This is the ultimate destination for a retreat with your loved ones, offering picturesque green vistas, a cozy atmosphere, and tranquil surroundings The space Bedrooms: - There are 8 bedrooms in total, with 3 bedrooms situated on the ground floor and 5 bedrooms on the first floor. - Four of these bedrooms feature balconies. - All bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, except for 2 rooms (1 on ground and 1 on first floor) which has 2 beds. - Upon request, additional bedding can be provided. - Air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms. Living Room: - There is ample seating in the form of a sofa that accommodates up to 13 to 15 people. - Games zone on the first floor consisting of professional 8 seater poker table, and carrom board. - The living room does not have air conditioning. - A television is available in the living room for your entertainment. - An 8 seater dining table is available for your convenience. Bathrooms: - The villa has 9 bathrooms in total, with 8 attached to individual bedrooms and 1 on the ground floor serving as a common washroom. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in 8 attached bathrooms to ensure hot water availability. Kitchen & Meals: - Guests are kindly advised that outside meals are not permitted. Instead, they have the option to savor delicious, chef-prepared meals at an additional cost. Alternatively, should guests choose not to avail of this option, they can dine at the restaurant. - Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your dedicated host in advance. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - The villa features an outdoor pool area for relaxation. - A private indoor pool is available from 2pm till 10pm, the pool size is (18x10x4.5ft). - The villa boasts a garden, seating area, gazebo. - The villa also features a terrace area, perfect for enjoying quality evenings. Additional Amenities: - There is a secure parking area available for 3 cars. Additional parking is available outside the property. - Games such as Carrom, Uno, Racket, and Playing Cards are available. - 2.1 woofer sound system. - In case of a power outage, there is a Genset backup (at additional cost). - The standard occupancy of the property is 14. Above 14 pax, each guest is charged ₹1500/- per person/ per night. - If needed, mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests. - A bonfire can be arranged with advance notice and for an extra fee. - Complimentary WiFi is accessible. It may be intermittent. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. Other things to note Check-in NOT BEFORE 2 PM Check-out NO LATER THAN 11 AM During their stay, guests are not permitted to welcome visitors or other guests post 10pm. Extra charges will be levied in such a case. We don't support late-night revelry or parties. After 10 p.m., loud music is not authorised. Strictly NO DJ PARTIES or BIG SOUND SYSTEMS ALLOWED. You can bring your pet for an additional cost of Rs 1,000/- per pet. Illegal acts are not allowed on the premises, including but not limited to carrying/using drugs/narcotics and carrying weapons/weapons. The management maintains the right to inform local authorities of any such activity. There is a no-smoking policy inside the villa.Kindly smoke strictly in outdoor areas only. FINE will be levied if found smoking indoors. The pool has no lifeguard on duty. Infants/Youngsters in the pool must always be supervised by an adult. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. Any personal goods/valuables should be kept safely. Loss, theft, or damage to any items are not the responsibility of management. Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as ID Proof. Management has the right to decide about the stay. Refundable Security Deposit: Rs.10,000/- (In case of any damage caused the deposit will be deducted as per actuals) - Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 10000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.
