Top floor of a Victorian Duplex on a quiet cul-de-sac street nestled in the heart of downtown. Short walk to the beach, downtown and grocery stores. This is our family home that we share when we travel. We welcome families and small groups that are looking to stay for at least a few weeks and will take care of our home as their own. The place is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make your long term stay comfortable, including garden use. The space Must be okay with climbing stairs. This flat is located on the 2nd level. The Victorian is a spacious 1450 sq ft home. The kitchen is recently updated and modernized with a Chef's gas stove and all new appliances. Guests have access to the yard as well for grilling and dining. Other things to note This is the top level of a duplex. The bottom unit is also sometimes rented out, however, only this unit has access to the yard.
