At Aunt An's for 5 years! Detached cottage, wood-burning stove

This house in a rural setting will take you back to the basics. Relax in the tranquility of the countryside. There are 2 terraces, one of which is covered. You have a complete kitchen. Electric bikes can be charged outside under a canopy. In the area, there are plenty of possibilities for cycling, hiking and culture. Late checkout on Sundays! No children/pets. We have been around for 5 years! For those who book now for September or October, there's a surprise waiting for you. The space The cottage has recently been refurbished. It is cozy and still looks spacious. It is nicely decorated. You have to heat it yourself with the wood stove. Wood is more than enough available. The colder months I would take with me a nice slipper or thick socks. It's partially underground so it's nice and cool in the summer. Also because it is green all around. Furthermore, it has all the comforts. A lovely bed, a nice bathroom with underfloor heating and a covered terrace and a sun terrace. The kitchen is fully and practically furnished. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (large cups) and a filter machine with No. 2 filters. There is coffee, tea, sugar and milk, olive oil and some basic spices. Also there is a barbecue. There is a lot of privacy. If there are any requests or other questions, feel free. Guest access The entire cottage and the surrounding area is at your disposal. There is a private access road for the guests, and the cottage is sheltered and free from prying eyes. There are always spots in the sun or in the shade, of course. The garden and terraces also offer a lot of privacy. Other things to note * The cottage has a private entrance which can be locked in the evening if desired. * There are ample parking options. * There's a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, which needs big cups. There is also a filter device. * On Sundays, you can check out until 1 p.m., so take it easy. * The cottage is deepened so it stays cool for a long time in the summer. Natural air conditioning. * The loft is 1.85 m from the ground. * Our entire property is NON-SMOKING.
