Jungle and Ocean Views at Villa Buho

Luxury condo, on the south end of San Pancho, in a tranquil jungle setting. We are on a hill a short distance from the main street where you will enjoy the ocean breeze and escape the noice of town * A 5 minute walk to the pool/beach. * A 10-15 min stroll on the beach to the west end of town * A 15 min walk across the foot bridge to the east end In a secure gated community called Hacienda San Pancho - Villa Buho is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Mexico. The space This is a beautifully renovated, bright and spacious condo with gorgeous ocean and jungle views and a large private balcony. It is furnished with custom made furniture and highlighted with art from local artists. The area is very tranquil, filled with the sounds of wildlife and incredible bird watching from the balcony. GETTING AROUND: * 5 minute walk from Villa Buho to beach/pool. * 15 min walk to town along the beach or across the pedestrian foot bridge. * If you have car, you can easily drive to town in 2 minutes. WIFI: *We recently installed Starlink which is delivering FAR faster speeds than are typically available in San Pancho. We are seeing speeds generally around 250-300 Mbps but as fast as up to 450 Mbps. You should be able to work, stream movies, and do whatever you need to do on the internet. Guest access All guest names will be left with the attendant at the private entrance to Hacienda San Pancho. Once inside, you will have access to the pools: a lap pool and a huge infinity pool at the Hacienda Beach Club overlooking the ocean. There is a nice indoor space at the Beach pool with a sink, bar, tables and chairs. Be advised that some of the lounge chairs/umbrellas are in need of maintenance, but it is still gorgeous, totally usable and very enjoyable. Other things to note ***PLEASE NOTE*** All names must be on file with the gate attendant - including children, to be granted entrance to the Hacienda.
