Property sits on the top Shadow Mountain with views of Denver and surrounding scenery of Conifer, CO. The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms with a walk out deck with seating and a gas grill. The main level has 2 bedroom 1 bath as well as a gaming room with bar and pool table that walk out to a patio. The patio has a putting and chipping green for your entertainment with additional seating. You will also have access to a Sauna that is located on the main level. 19 miles from Red Rock Amphitheater The space You will have access to the entire home with amazing views. This is also a primary residence, so be be respectful of the home and his belongings. The homeowner will not be in the home during your visit, but your co-host Lindsay will be available anytime. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, private parking in driveway and the back yard is fenced in. Other things to note Check for fire ban if planning to use indoor fireplace. Stage One fire ban include no smoking outside and no indoor fires (embers can still travel through chimney outside).
