My apartment is located in the heart of Tirana, surrounded by the city's most popular attractions, including Scanderbeg Square, Tirana Castle, New Bazaar, Bunk'Art, the National Museum, and the Opera and Ballet Theater, all just steps away. It's conveniently situated at the intersection of all bus lines in Tirana, including the "Mother Teresa" Airport bus line, and is close to renowned hotels like Plaza Hotel and Tirana International Hotel etc. The space The apartment is located on the 15th floor of a building with two elevators and a ram for wheelchair access. It has a living room, cooking area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a veranda with a fantastic view which gives you the possibility to enjoy the last hours of the day facing west where you can enjoy your meals as well. The apartment has all the necessary equipments for a house, refrigerator, electric cooking oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, waffle maker, kettle for hot water, tableware, AC in the bedroom and living room, USB socket in the bedroom, water heater in the bathroom and cooking area, washing machine and cooking essentials, salt, sugar, spices, etc. It can accommodate up to 4 people as it has a double bed in bedroom and two comfortable sofa beds in the living room, which one serves as a medium size bed. It's important, please, if you are going to sleep separated (for two guests), let me know in advance. In the bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, iron, smart TV etc. Upon request, I can provide a travel cot for a baby to use in the apartment for a fee of €20. A baby car seat (suitable for newborns up to 1 year old) is also available. The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer, shampoo detergents etc. The entire apartment is yours and it has everything you need to feel at home, modern amenities, high speed wireless internet (244 Mbps) and smart TV too. There are three options to reach my apartment from Tirana airport: -Shuttle bus to and from: Departing hourly from TIA, it takes around 30 minutes to reach the center of Tirana. From there, a 4-minute walk brings you to the apartment. Cost: ALL 400/person. -Taxi: A 30-minute ride from TIA directly to the apartment, costing up to 2000 ALL. -Rental Car: The cost depends on the car type and the rental company at the airport. Guest access Entire apartment is yours. Other things to note -The recommended 24/7 paid underground parking, just a 7-minute walk (450m) from my building, costs $10 for a 24-hour period.
