Perfectly located in the heart of Tirana, my apartment offers easy access to landmarks like Scanderbeg Square, Tirana Castle, and the National Museum. The New Bazaar and Bunk'Art are just steps away, with excellent public transport links to the airport and beyond, and top hotels like "Plaza" and "Intercontinental" nearby etc... The space The apartment is located on the 15th floor of a building with two elevators and a ram for wheelchair access. It has a living room, cooking area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a veranda with a fantastic view which gives you the possibility to enjoy the last hours of the day facing west where you can enjoy your meals as well. The apartment has all the necessary equipments for a house, refrigerator, electric cooking oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, waffle maker, kettle for hot water, tableware, AC in the bedroom and living room, USB socket in the bedroom, water heater in the bathroom and cooking area, washing machine and cooking essentials, salt, sugar, spices, filter coffee, two AMA coffee capsules, some kinds of tea etc. It can accommodate up to 4 people as it has a double bed in bedroom and two comfortable sofa beds in the living room, which one serves as a medium size bed. In the bedroom there are wardrobe, dresser, iron, smart TV, towels and bed linens provided etc. I can also provide various accessories upon request, such as a crib, baby carriage or a baby car seat (suitable for newborns to one-year-olds or older), for a fee of €20 each. The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer, shampoo detergents etc. The entire apartment is yours and it has everything you need to feel at home, modern amenities, high speed wireless internet (244 Mbps) and smart TV with Netflix too. Other things to note • How to get my location ? - There are three options to reach my apartment from Tirana airport: -Shuttle bus to and from: Departing hourly from TIA, it takes around 30 minutes to reach the center of Tirana. From there, a 4-minute walk brings you to the apartment. Cost: ALL 400/person. -Taxi: A 30-minute ride from TIA directly to the apartment, costing up to ALL 2000. -Rental Car: The cost depends on the car type and the rental company at the airport. • Parking ? - The recommended 24/7 paid underground parking—my private one—is just a 7-minute walk (450 m) from my building. The rate is ALL 1500 /24 hours, with unlimited entry and exit.
