L'Hostal, Family home on the outskirts of Sancerre

Renovated 19th century Berry farmhouse. Family home with private pool designed for the enjoyment of adults and children to discover Sancerre, the Loire and its surroundings. You will enjoy discovering the hiking trails or mountain bike trails crisscrossing the vineyard, making beautiful oenological and gastronomic discoveries and above all spending a wonderful vacation with family or friends. The space We offer our future vacationers a typical Berry cottage with a private 8×4 m swimming pool with a depth of 1.1 m to 1.7 m and sunbathing. (swimming pool open from mid May to end of September) The house and pool are not shared. It is equipped with 3 large bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds. All bedrooms have TVs. The farmhouse has a recent kitchen and a bathroom with a recent Italian shower. There is a toilet on the ground floor and one upstairs. In the living room area, you will find a sofa as well as a 119 cm TV equipped with Orange TV. In the dining area you will have everything you need (fondue machine, raclette machine). Outside, a terrace opens onto the pool with lounge and dining area. A TV is also available, to watch sports or other events while enjoying the pool. A charcoal barbecue is available for preparing your meals. As well as a double hammock for your summer nap. As described, it is a family home, the little ones have outdoor toys. Teens or adults will also have the opportunity to enjoy board games and a Wii. The outdoors are available to guests all year round, the pool is open from mid May to end of September depending on the weather and temperatures. During the period July-August we only accept rentals from Saturday to Saturday. 1 infant =1 person. the house can only accommodate 6 people. pets are allowed up to 1 cat or 1 dog for 50 euros . For the winter period from November to the end of March, the rate does not include sheets and cleaning. if you wish to have these services, a fee of 100 euros will be requested upon arrival.
