The Palace of Versailles and Chartres Cathedral are also nearby. The house is ideal for working from home (good internet) with all amenities within walking distance. Barbecue, terrace, trampoline, hammocks, and hiking trails. Perfect for immersing yourself in nature while still being able to visit Paris, Versailles, or Chartres during the day. The space House of 130 m2, very quiet (just the sound of the birds), and very bright (nature only through every window). Ground floor: kitchen, living room, dining room, bar, office/guest room, bathroom with bathtub and shower, WC. Upstairs: master bedroom with private bathroom + 2 children's bedrooms with games and storage, WC. Direct access through our garden to a large forest where you can hike or run. Covered parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, as well as the office/guest room where a sofa bed can accommodate two extra people if needed. Car parking is available on the property under a covered carport. Very quiet and secure. Other things to note A permaculture vegetable garden is available for guests. Tomatoes, zucchini, beans, and more are all organic. Three hens will give you organic eggs. There are also cherry, apple, plum, peach, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, and redcurrant trees.
