The new 4 room apartment with a modern interior design is located on the 6th floor and offers an unique panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea. This fully furnished contains 3 bed rooms, 2.5 bathrooms and offers great comfort and relaxation for up to 10 people! You as my guest have free access to the pools, lounge bars, saunas, Jacuzzi and gym. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the balcony with a fantastic view of Becici Bay and the pristine sea! The space The new vacation rental is fully furnished with towels, linens, kitchen appliances, crockery and all the amenities you will need for your stay. It has 3 bedrooms, a large and spacious living room with a large (sleeping) sofa, a dining area with six chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony connected to the living room and a bedroom. In the communal outdoor area you can swim in the approx. 130sqm swimming pool, enjoy your drink at the two pool bars, use the comfortable sun loungers and dive into the unique water grotto. The indoor wellness area with fitness room, Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath and large whirlpool (up to 10 people and proper swimwear is required) ensures rest and relaxation. Here you can relax to your heart's content and regain your strength. It doesn't matter whether you feel like wellness, relaxation, a holiday by the pool, a beach holiday by the sea, fitness, hiking in nature or a relaxing family holiday - in the Monte Dreams Royal holiday home and in the booked holiday apartment you can feel very comfortable and leave the stress of everyday life behind you permit. In addition, the apartment is only a 7-10 minute walk from the beautiful Becici Beach, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. During the high season there is a free shuttle service for guests to Becici Beach (1 minute drive) and Budva (5-10 minutes drive). Guest access You will enter the building and the apartment via key less electronic access system. The relevant access codes and instructions will be provided to each guests latest 24 hours before the arrival date. During your stay, you have full and free access to all the facilities of the 5-Star luxury Montedreams Royal Complex: Big outdoor swimming pool, water cave, Jacuzzi, free Wi-Fi, outdoor chaise lounges, spa, gym room, sauna, steam room, outdoor kitchen, lounge bar, outdoor fireplace and etc. The opening times of the different facilities must be respected accordingly to the house rules. Other things to note Guests can use the complete apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and the balcony holistically. The local tourist taxes (1 EUR per adult person per day) and the underground parking space are not included in the accommodation price.
