The Waitaki District has lots to offer! The space Our place has a well equipped kitchen, including a rice cooker and electric wok. Complimentary tea, coffee and fresh free range organic eggs from our Certified Organic Farm (when available) Smart TV with Netflix, Fibre Broadband delivering fast internet For anyone riding the Alps 2 Ocean we have lockable storage for bikes. Four Bedrooms: Downstairs: 1 with Queen bed, 1 with 2 King single beds The bathroom with toilet is downstairs Upstairs: 1 with Queen bed, 1 with 2 king single beds There is a toilet only upstairs. **Please note the stairs are steep so would not be suitable for people with mobility issues or young children. **Please message me BEFORE booking children or infants. Thank you 😊 Guest access The entire house including private back garden with more views is yours to use! The key is stored in a lock box on site so you can come & go as you please. Other things to note Much as we love children our place is not really suitable for young children, due to steep stairs, not fenced and shared driveway with neighbouring properties. Please note we do not permit smoking or vaping INSIDE or OUTSIDE our property Our driveway is steep and we share a drive with neighbouring houses, please take care not to block access to our neighbours. Park in the space in front of our house. If you are not a confident driver you may prefer to park on the street below. We have an EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA operating in the parking area only. Because we are on a shared driveway and other neighbours/delivery vehicles also using the driveway we like to know guest vehicles are safe.
