The space Fully Furnished Studio with one air conditioned Bed Room ,air conditioned Living Room and Kitchen . Occupancy for 2 persons but have space for extra bed. An additional bed is Php 300/night extra charge. Children 12 years old and below are free of charge ( Max to 2 children) Children 13 years and older are considered as adults. Furnishings: Full function kitchen with cooktop stove,microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator,kitchenware,dinner ware,Dining Table and chairs. The Living Room has a sofa, 32 inches Flat TV,DVD, Cable TV ,Free High Speed Wi-Fi, Toilet and Bath. One Toilet and Bath has Hot and Cold shower. Guest access Guests have access to free hot and cold mineral water dispenser located outside the room and at the kiosk Guests may join the complimentary breakfast light breakfast served at the kiosk from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Free WI-Fi in the entire property. Guest are welcome to use the kiosk for events such as birthdays,weddings etc with minimal charge. Guest are welcome to accept guest in their room, however, if the guest will stay for the night and requires extra bed, there will be an additional charge of Php 300/bed/night. Extra guest in excess of maximum number of person in the room and who will stay for the night will be charged Php 150 if without extra bed.
