Completely secluded, gated property! Safe, clean and filled with feminine Hollywood glamour and lots of natural light, this peaceful dream home offers plenty of outdoor areas to lounge or barbecue and is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Sherman Oaks - which is conveniently located to everything you need! The space Upon arriving at the property, you'll find plenty of free parking right outside with two separate entrances - both charming wooden gates that lead you through grassy areas with daybed, outdoor couches and gazebo for outdoor dining. When you enter the doll house, you'll first notice the abundant light and lush property all around. There is always very light music such as bossa nova, classic jazz or salsa playing in the main "lounge," as I call it. The doors are almost always open to the outside creating a beautiful indoor/outdoor experience where you can fully take advantage of Southern California's perfect climate and the open-yet-secluded grounds. Although there are 3 bedrooms, I usually only rent out one. This way you can have one section in the house that closes off with your own private bathroom and I'll have the other side of the house with bathroom - so no matter what schedule you're on, you will always have a peaceful space of your own to retreat to. *If you're traveling with another guest or two, I can offer the 3rd bedroom at a discounted rate. :-) Guest access Guests will have their own area of the house that completely closes off from the rest with your own private bathroom. The main "lounge" (living room) and kitchen are common areas for your enjoyment as well as all outdoor areas. Basically you have an entire house and property to share with me and I am in and out of the fitness studio in the back yard throughout the day as this is my home business. So, I will be around but mostly out of site. During your stay I give guests their privacy and freedom to come and go as they like, but I'm also super friendly and social, so if you'd like a more friendly experience you can always hang out with me I know everything about LA and all there is to see and do (including all the local secrets! - so just ask) So your experience here is up to you.. if you're more private or have your own plans, you won't even notice I'm here :) I'm always available by text or phone for guests
