You HAVE to have a LAKE view at Table Rock. Closest Resort to SDC! Easy flight of stairs up to beautiful Penthouse, vaulted ceiling.The Cove Resort<15 min to Strip. Scenic/ Relaxing/ PRIVATE! Off our front deck playground, in season pool, tennis,BBall &pickeball (we have gear) Close path to lake. Beautiful VIEWS of Ozark Mts/Table Rock. Located in Indian Point-which has a marina! Fishing, boating, hiking & all right here & nearby! Plenty activity here - but we do have 20# kettleball&two 2.5wts. The space The extra privacy comes from being a top unit, one short flight of stairs up (15 steps) and no building next door, just trees, birds and nature! We are also a quiet unit, no one above you to disturb your stay. The large deck along the entire back is completely secluded. Nature views from every window. The condo has been totally remodeled. The beds are oriented to give the very best views of sunrise/sunset. There’s a front porch where you can watch the activity at the nearby pool or the kids on the playground. During Christmas time you can hear the Silver Dollar City Christmas Parade Music from the front porch. The Silver Dollar City rollercoaster can also be seen from Woodpecker Lane, just a very short stroll from our building. There's a basketball court right out our front deck and past building #17. For the LAKE trail (it’s easy but rocky) - enter past Building #17, look for the signs LEFT to the LAKE, right to the waterfall. There is everything you need to be active - basketball, tennis racquets/balls/pickleball/folding chairs for lake side, lots of yard games and deck games. The playroom referred to in the listing amenities is the 2nd bedroom - all the children’s toys are in the closet in that room. In addition, there is a very mini pool table/ping pong table combo (tabletop) in the game closet There are also plenty of magazines & books for the less active time. Enjoy the full cable tv - if you can find any free time to watch. Something for everyone to enjoy here! Please be very careful with your young children on both decks. Please do not let them climb up on the deck chairs/table - they could accidentally fall, possibly even over the railing. We do not allow parties, bachelor or bachelorette gatherings, or private events that exceed the 7 people our condo & decks are fire code approved for. There is a camera on the front porch, just to the left of the front door. It is for your safety. I only check that camera when guests arrive to make sure it is the group that I am expecting. There is also a back deck camera that is for insurance purposes. Sometimes there are bad storms that come up very quickly. The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal - Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guest access You have the entire condo and both decks. Absolutely no smoking, of any kind, anywhere, even on decks. No pets due to allergies. We rarely hear the other units since we’re the top unit, on the end - but the fans in each bedroom on high will drown out any noise if it becomes a concern. Please watch your children on the high decks. Please make sure they don’t climb up on the chairs and put themselves in danger. We’ve never had any problems, but we do have little grandchildren now and of course we always want everyone to be safe. If you swim, fish, float or kayak in the cove stay close to the shoreline, be in the lookout for large boats who mostly come into the cove to anchor & swim. We recommend Deer Run grocery and Backyard pizza just a few seconds past the final turn into our condo unit in the “Outpost” shopping area. They’re an easy pick up for small items you might need, their pizza is great, it only takes 15 minutes for pizza pick-up or they will deliver to the condo. For bigger grocery runs I would suggest King Saver in Branson West and of course there’s Walmart. Other things to note If you are bringing a boat please mention to Brett. at The Outpost, just a few minutes away, that you are a guest at The Cove Resort, and he will give you special pricing on boat parking (about $15 a night) as trailers are not allowed to be parked on our property.We do have a front door ring camera for your safety, I check in when guests arrive to make sure it is the group I am expecting.
