Location Location. Great 4 bedroom villa, very close to Nissi Beach. 3 bathrooms. Situated in a residential complex in Nissi Beach area. Gorgeous Villa With Private Pool. Free WIFI, Nissi Beach area. Peaceful Location, Yet Less Than 10 Minutes Walk To Nissi Beach, 5 Minutes To Shops, restaurants and beaches. Furnished to high standard, sleeps up to 10 people. Car not needed, as everything within walking distance. Bus service close by. Great for family bookings as we have more villas available. The space The villas are in a great location near to Nissi Beach. Each sleeps up to 10 guests. There are 4 bedrooms in each villa. One large kingsize bedroom, with ensuite. plus 3 x twin rooms. 6 beds. plus a downstairs double sofabed. Most villas have 3 en suite bathrooms with an extra downstairs WC. One villa has two bathrooms only. All villas have separate pool and outside furniture. There are 4 separate villas, so we cannot guarantee which one. All are more or less identical apart from furniture. Wifi is free of charge. Electricity is supplied via a key fob slot, which is attached to the door key. There is minimum €300 damage deposit in place for each villa. This can vary depending on the number of guests. Other things to note There are often younger guests in this complex and location, therefore it can be noisy. We would recommend these villas mainly for single guests. Families can rent as well, but we stress that it can be noisy. They are quick turnover villas, so guests should expect some reflection of this. Of course, we are here to help in any instance where needed. Self catering details. Please remember this is a self catering property and therefore we do not supply household items like washing machine powder, multiple toilet rolls or washing soap. This is for allergy reasons as well, as different guests have different requirements. We supply one initial toilet roll in each bathroom.
