You’ll have a full kitchen, bathroom, comfy living space, plus a large backyard and free parking. Perfect for couples or business travelers. Close to great restaurants and parks, Rosemont (10 min), O’Hare (15 min), and downtown (35–45 min; varies with traffic). The space Thanks so much for considering my place! Enjoy a spacious, comfy basement studio with a full kitchen stocked for cooking, full bathroom, and a medium-firm queen bed. Stream your favorite shows on the Roku TV. Step outside to a private backyard with a fire pit and grill, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Guest access Guests have full access to the private basement apartment and backyard, with a separate entrance from the main home for added privacy. The backyard is the only shared space. If I plan a BBQ or family gathering during your stay, I’ll let you know in advance and you’re always welcome to join! Other things to note I live upstairs with my wife, Sofia, our cat, Valentina, and our sweet pup, Paisley Ann. The basement ceilings are a bit low, 6’1” at the lowest points where the hvac runs. The AC and heating are controlled from upstairs, but I’ll make sure you’re comfortable in any season, a quick text is all it takes.
