A fully equipped kitchen: Viking-style gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave. Comfortable beds, quality linens, duvets, and furniture. Hardwood floors and brick paver tiles throughout. Outside on the beachfront private patio there is seating, and steps away on the sandy beach are Adirondack chairs, a large sun umbrella and side tables. Private 1-car garage with free modern LG washer/dryer. Free boogie boards, sand toys galore and outdoor games including Cornhole and Bocce ball. Guest access Self check-in and -out makes access easy and private. Garage door remote for access to your private garage too. Please let me know if you want the complimentary beach bikes that will be stored in your private garage upon request. Other things to note -ONLY registered guests are allowed to stay or visit the property. -No unregistered are allowed to access the apartment and patio or outside seating without pre-approval of host. Please do not bring additional guests who aren't registered. . A fee of $500 will be charged for any unauthorized guests. -4 guests maximum -Quiet Hours after 10 pm outside the apartment.
