Welcome to the renovated apartment Bella Vista 3985 on the 2nd floor of a family house. Located 2'' walk from the train station and 5'' from the cross-country ski slopes, this comfortable, peaceful and elegant accommodation has a kitchen and living room in a charming spacious and bright room with a beautiful wooden ceiling, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a cloakroom. On the ground floor, a heated common room to dry clothes and shoes. Outside, a nice terrace. Great for your stay. The space With my husband Christian, a former mountain guide, and our boy, we totally fell in love with the Conches Valley, Goms. We are very happy to share with you our apartment that we recently renovated and where we regularly come on vacation to ski in winter and beautiful walks the rest of the time. We love this valley in the heart of the Alps that offers unspoiled nature. We particularly love spring and fall for the beauty of nature and calm. Located 2 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walking distance from the cross-country ski slopes, this comfortable, peaceful and elegant accommodation, located on the 2nd floor of a 70s family home has two bedrooms: one bedroom containing a king size bed with a small living room and a small bedroom with two single beds. The large, spacious and bright living room will charm you with its beautiful wooden ceiling. It is divided between a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with a large dining table and a charming cozy living room. The floors of the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room are made of real natural wood. Children's games are stored in a crate in the living room as well as small sports equipment (yoga mat, balance cake, weight weight and massage mat). The bright bathroom has shower, basin and toilet. A cloakroom is just before the front door so you can leave shoes, jackets, and bags. Remember to bring your slippers. You will have access on the ground floor to a heated common room where you can store and dry your ski boots, your walking boots. There are hooks to dry your sportswear, ski suits, hats, gloves, helmets. Another room with access from the outside is also available to leave your skis, poles, bobs, sleds, bicycles, scooters, and other gear. The key is on the key fob. Outside is a charming shared terrace giving you a protected space. The terrace is set up with table and chairs. A nice place to enjoy sunny days. An outdoor play case for children is available in the garage. The terrace is closed in the winter. The wooden stairwell and apartment have been decorated with photographs of my husband: Christian Dupré, contemporary Swiss photographer. For more than 40 years, he travels the world and presents you here with a series of Himalayan-themed images. The images are printed on Nepalese paper, making each print unique and fascinating. @chrisduprephotographer People who want to work will find an Ergo Buro desk that turns every table into a standing or sitting desk. This ergonomic desk is a great solution to start working standing and enjoying many health benefits. Cleaning is done by professionals. There is no elevator or TV. Small details: The windows of the two bedrooms are small, low and open directly to the beds. In the small bedroom, there are only hooks to hang clothes. There's no air conditioning. The house dates from the 70s so the soundproofing is not optimal. Access to the mezzanine is private. This means you won't be able to access it. The apartment is heated with central heating. Anne-Laure Guest access We have a parking spot located just in front of the house, reserved for the tenants of the Bella Vista 3985 apartment. We then recommend that you enjoy your stay and walk around the village to visit it or do your shopping. The Coop supermarket, bakery and other shops are almost all within a 10-minute walk. We also advise you to take the train to return from walking or cross-country skiing as the train station is located just below the house 2 minutes walk away. Other things to note The water from the tap is potable. No TV.
