It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind or recharge! Or, you may prefer the nature that surrounds this 80-acre wooded property, including nearby lakes, ATV and snowmobile trails. A little over an hour from Portland and a short drive to nearby ski mountains like Sugarloaf, Sunday River and Saddleback there are plenty of options to enjoy. The space Lawn games such as corn hole, badminton, volleyball and croquet are welcome. Our home has a large enclosed deck with Adirondack chairs for use in the spring, summer and fall. The deck is accessible from the kitchen or master bedroom. Enjoy this peaceful space as the sun sets over the mountains. Other amenities include: - Large 70'' TV in living room where you can enjoy your favorite sports, reality TV shows, etc. - Bedroom's equipped with a 42" TV. - The downstairs is a great space to retreat if you're looking for a quiet area to read or simply enjoy the view. Complete with couch, love seat, coffee table and end table, TV. Wonderful lighting with an open design. A queen air mattress is available for use should the kids want to camp out --- inside of the house. The radiant heated floors will keep this area nice warm, even on a snowy day. - If you enjoy grilling steaks, chicken or lobster -- enjoy the new Weber gas grill on the deck. Other things to note The Garage is off limits to guest. Master bedroom closet is off limits to guest. Master closet on basement off limits to guest. Food in the freezer is off limits to guest. Wood stove only for looks not to use. The house is not very suitable for children. Infants are okay as they won't crawl or stumble on steps. If you bring a child we prefer children who are 10 years and older to avoid falls and damages to the home. There is an extra fee for more than 4 guest.(extra fee per person after 4) No pets allowed. No dogs (animals) allowed to visit guest. No party's. Any changes to reservation needs to be communicated with property manager asap. There are outside security cameras in front of home, side of home and out back of this property. Thank you
