The space The house is being lovingly restored to its former Victorian splendour, with some added extras! A new extension provides a very large open-plan kitchen/diner with a comfy snug - a perfect group gathering space which includes a disco ball, disco lighting and mini dance floor! As part of the new extension there is a large southwest-facing sun terrace with double doors from the main bedroom. All very spacious rooms, 3m high ceilings on ground floor. There are many original features such as the beautiful original tiled hallway and ceiling mouldings. If guests need to work whilst here, there is an office space with a desk and monitor. The 2nd and 4th main bedrooms boast new en-suite toilet/shower rooms, to add to the main bathroom with its large jacuzzi bath, plus a WC on the ground floor. The garden has some outdoor seating areas, a BBQ and a table for alfresco dining and if the temperature drops, guests can use the firepit provided. Guest access The house comes with 1 off-road private parking space. The surrounding roads are under the 'Zone X' permit scheme, whereby only permit holders are permitted to park 11am - 12noon and 6 - 7pm from Mon-Fri but free all other times of the day and free on weekends. Opposite the house, across the road on Boundary Road parking is free for 1 hour at a time Mon-Sat and free all day on Sundays. Other things to note A key safe is available in the porch for when Emma and Ned are unavailable for check-ins.
