Ground floor with large garden, surrounded by nature

Teo y Mía's corner, ideal for relaxing, as it is located in the middle of nature; but also to get to know different places of interest, Comillas, Cabárceno, Santillana,... Enjoy the large garden with picnic area just for you, and common areas. Relax watching your little ones play in the sandbox, on the mat... and reading stories selected for them. We live upstairs, with 2 kids and a dog. We don't make a fuss, but we're here for whatever you need. The space Ground floor rental, fully equipped. With an outdoor/picnic area, only for guests, with table and chairs; and a common area with sun loungers, rest area, parterre with blueberries and aromatic herbs, playground and parking. Guest access The common areas, where the two families may coincide (since there are only two floors), are: the exterior door of the property, and a part of the 2000m2 Garden. In any case, we try to give guests privacy and priority in the use of the spaces, so that they can enjoy them as much as possible. Other things to note The hosts are Sheila, David, the little ones Teo and Mía, and their dog brother Codi.
