Phoenix Farm Bunk House

This studio space has a private entrance and a private covered porch. The cabin has a full size bed and a futon as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The cabin has WIFI. The bathroom has a small shower and a composting toilet. Towels, sheets and extra blankets are provided. This cabin is the only cabin on the property and is attached to a 40 acre horse farm with hiking trails, fun bird and wildlife watching. Close to Athens, the Hocking Hills, Lake Hope and Burr Oak State Park. The space The property is centrally located, 7 miles from Athens, 10 miles from Lake Snowden, 15 minutes from Lake Hope State Park, 25 minutes from Ash Cave and the Hocking Hills Region, 20 minutes from Strouds Run State Park and 35 minutes from Burr Oak State Park. The property is hilly and has some nice views of sun rise and sun sets as well as walking trails all over the farm. We have a variety of wildlife and birds on our property you may get to see if you are patient. Dogs are welcome. Horses are welcome and stalls are available for rent. We have a small cross country course set up with trails to ride. We are right by the Moonville Rail Trail and you can ride your horse or bike from our property to the rail trail. Ask us for local fun places to visit and eat at. We can arrange a trail ride if you contact us early enough, at least one week in advance, we are a very busy family. Guest access Phone apps with maps wants to take you to the back part of our property, the cabin is located directly on Old State Rout 56 between the green barn and the small riding ring, do not turn onto Biddyville road. Parking is available right in front of the cabin next to the stairs. State Route 56 is right by the cabin so you won't have to drive on any back roads to get to Athens or any of the State Parks in the area.
