Two bedroom house located in Bellevue minutes from Mt. Washington, 10 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh, PNC Park, Heinz Field, Duquesne Incline, and more. A quiet home for family and friends to relax and unwind nestled in the Bellevue Borough. Driveway has off-street parking for up to 2 cars. Home fits 6 people comfortably with 2 Queen beds, sofa bed, entertainment area, 2 bathrooms, and a large backyard for your dogs. **DOG FEE APPLIES** The space On the main floor, you'll find a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar style eating area as well as the main living room with flat screen Samsung TV and complimentary apps. There are two bedrooms both furnished with one queen-sized bed, linens, towels, and space to hang/store clothes. Downstairs there's an entertainment den with large screen TV, complimentary apps, a sofa bed for sleeping extra family members, and back door leading to the fenced in outdoor area perfect for dogs and families. In this area you will find an air hockey table, toys for children and little ones, fun yard games, a dog crate, dog bed, bowls, dog towels, and dog toys. Our new patio space is perfect for an outdoor fire with family and guests. There is additional seating space for outdoor dining on the smaller patio as well as an outdoor charcoal grill. Our patio is adjacent to a 2-acre wooded lot with privacy from neighbors on all sides that make this a unique space to stay minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. Fire pit and chopped wood available for use. On 12/6/2024, we installed a BRAND NEW Aluminum fence along our driveway and encompassing our property down near the softball field. This affords guests a larger area and more room for dogs to roam in a safe environment. Guests are not permitted to turn around in the driveway and MUST BACK OUT of the driveway. Any damage incurred will be charged at full cost of replacement. Parking is off-street, up to 2 cars. DOG FEES: $15/pet per night (max 2 dogs) Max Dog Fees: 1 dog - $150 per 30 days 2 dogs - $200 per 30 days Guest access Guests have access to full home. Guests will use code to access digital lock or use August app to access the home. Free parking on site (up to 2 cars). Easy access to Route 65 with direct access into downtown Pittsburgh and North Shore (PNC Park, Heinz Field, restaurants, bars, and riverside access). Note: Guests must NOT turn around in driveway to avoid damaging the fence. While we have a lot of room for up to 2 cars, we expressly prohibit turning around in our driveway to ensure no damage to the fence or to the flower beds. Other things to note ➡️ HOW TO BOOK: We do not instant book. When you request to book we will need you to confirm that you’ve read the house rules and respond to our messages. This ensures everyone is aware of the house rules and that we’re able to communicate clearly. Please respond in a timely manner so we can complete the reservation process. If we do not hear back from you before our 24 hour time limit is up, we will decline the reservation request and you may re-book. We typically respond immediately if reservation is made before 10pm at night. Overnight requests will be responded to first thing in the morning. Thank you! ‼️ PLEASE NOTE: 1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to Airbnb. Please be honest about the actual number of guests. 2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties." If the police are ever called by the neighbors then immediate eviction will take place. 3. ABSOLUTELY, NO SMOKING IN THE UNITS, THIS INCLUDES WEED. IF THERE IS EVIDENCE OF SMOKING IN THE UNITS A $1000 SANITIZING FEE WILL BE CHARGED. 4. For your safety as well as the house, we have video cameras outside. 5. If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay. 6. We are DOG friendly. There is an additional charge of $15 per pet per night. Must provide valid military active duty orders during the guest reservation process. Orders must be received or nightly rate and fees at time of booking will prevail.
