The main living room features a flat screen TV and complimentary apps, small games to play at the coffee table. The front porch has four chairs and coffee tables to enjoy the mornings and take in nature. You might even see a few deer and rabbits making their way through the property. There are two bedrooms both furnished with one queen-sized bed, linens, towels, and space to hang/store clothes. The main floor has a full bath with tub. Downstairs there's an entertainment den with large screen TV, complimentary apps, a *BRAND NEW* Laz-y-Boy sofa pull out bed, and back door leading to the fenced in outdoor area perfect for dogs and families. In this area you will find an air hockey table, toys for children and little ones, fun yard games, a dog crate, dog bed, bowls, dog towels, and a dog toys. We also have a small desk for those that need to work while traveling as well as complimentary printer access. This home is adjacent to a 2-acre wooded lot with privacy from neighbors on all sides that make this a unique space to stay minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. Take your fur friend into Bellevue town center to grab a beer at the local brewery or for breakfast at Joe's Rusty Nail, stop at Bellevue Brews for coffee or get your hair done for an event at Lennox Beauty Salon. Bellevue's Lincoln Ave has a lot to offer and is only a 10 minute walk away. Our favorite restaurants are Tavern Pizza, 202 Hometown Tacos, and the Lincoln Brewery. Or if you're heading to the North Shore, jump onto 65 and arrive at the stadiums in 10 minutes. There's lots to do! Getting in and around Bellevue is easy as well as quickly getting into downtown Pittsburgh. Bellevue has four Port Authority bus lines coming into and out of Bellevue. Utilize the in-home book to learn more about how to use the bus network to get into and out of the area and Pittsburgh. Both Uber and Lyft are available in the area to use for private transportation. Orders must be received or nightly rate and fees at time of booking will prevail. Cancellation policies remain in effect. We do not give a military discount as we cannot legally verify military status. If on orders, please send a copy after booking and we will adjust your reservation price via Airbnb.
