Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and generous living spaces designed for comfort and connection. The space INDOOR LIVING AREA An inviting, oversized sofa sectional anchors the spacious living room, further furnished with a large coffee table (perfect for game night) and a 58” smart television. Kick back and relax while admiring the extraordinary beauty, peace, and tranquility of your surroundings. The large den/family room can be used as an office, family room, or bedroom with a queen-sized sleeper sofa/sectional. Laundry (washer & dryer) and linens provided. KITCHEN & DINING Enjoy preparing delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with a full suite of appliances including electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave. Home also offers a Keurig Coffee Maker, a Mr. Coffee Programmable Coffee Maker, and an electric teapot. Includes plates, cups, mugs, and utensils. There’s a peninsula in the kitchen as well as a dining table overlooking the backyard. A beautiful private deck with gas grill allows for outdoor cooking, enjoying an early morning coffee or evening cocktail under the stars. BED & BATH The property sleeps 7-8 people in its four bedrooms and spacious den/family room. Bedroom 1 – The primary bedroom is set apart from the other rooms in the home for some additional privacy and comfort. The room has a king bed and a beautiful en-suite bath with standing shower and double vanity. The room also has a large closet, smart TV, and blackout shades. Bedroom 2 – The red room has a queen bed, blackout shades, and a comfortable leather chair for curling up with a good book before bed. Bedroom 3 – The gray room also has a queen bed, blackout shades, an overhead fan, and leather chair for late-night reading or for your early morning coffee and crossword puzzle. Bedroom 4 – The navy room has a full-sized/double bed, blackout shades, an overhead fan, and bedside touch lamps with USB/electronics charging. Den/Family Room – The den has a sleeper sofa, smart TV, overhead fan, and direct access to the gated backyard. We provide the necessary amenities for a few nights’ stay including bed linens, bath towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and town-mandated trash bags. OUTDOOR LIVING AREA Enjoy the gated backyard with in-ground pool, expansive patio/porch, and fire pit for late-night cocktails and star-gazing. Pool: The pool is scheduled to be open from mid-June to mid-September, subject to weather and climate conditions. The pool stays about 75 °F (+/- 5 degrees) during the summer months of July+August. The pool is covered during the winter months. Pool heating is available, but is not included in the rental fee. Guest access Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home. No breakable material such as glass should be closer than 5 feet to the pool. Renter will be charged for expenses related to cleaning glass out of the pool. Swimming Pool Addendum Use of the pool is open to all tenants provided that the following rules are acknowledged and followed at all times: - Use of the swimming pool is at the tenants/guests own risk. - All individuals using the pool must have a minimum level of swimming proficiency and/or must be properly supervised and utilize appropriate lifesaving or flotation equipment to safely and properly utilize pool. - Any renter who brings a guest or minor into pool must insure that said individual is properly supervised and has the appropriate level of swimming proficiency to safely and properly utilize pool. - Appropriate lifesaving or flotation equipment is to be provided by the renters and is not the responsibility of the landlord. - Children under 14 years old are not allowed at the pool unsupervised. An adult must be present at all times. - Tenants and guests must practice reasonable caution when using the pool. - Landlord is in no way responsible for injuries incurred by tenant or guests while using the pool. - Pool is not guaranteed to sustain any constant temperature due to weather and other natural causes, unless separately agreed. - Landlord is not responsible for any loss of use that may result from weather, maintenance or any other circumstance that might deem the pool temporarily unusable. - All necessary maintenance/repairs to the pool or spa will be the responsibility of the Landlord, except when such repairs are due to negligence or misuse by the Tenant. - Tenant will be held responsible for any damage caused to the pool, cleaners, equipment or surrounding area and charged for the correction of the problem. - Eating is not allowed while inside the pool. - Glass containers, glasses or breakable dishware are not allowed in or around the pool area. - All individuals using pool or in pool area must be toilet trained and/or utilize the appropriate non-leakage pants or swim diapers and insure feces or urine is not leaked into pool. This Swimming Pool Addendum is considered a legally binding contract. All guests are required to read and submit a signed copy before arrival and use of the pool.
