The space The building is located directly on the Arenal Beach. Free public parking is available a 10-minute walk away (see location on photos), and parking rental is available nearby. The building has small elevators and an attendant (concierge). Please keep in mind that guests will have neighbors. Guest access Welcome! Check-in is in person with our local team and requires an appointment (17:00-20:00). We will meet you at the building entrance . You receive the keys and building access code during check-in; please press the bell 🔔 after entering the code. A concierge monitors the building and small elevators provide access to the different floors. Please keep in mind that you will have neighbors around you. The tourist kiosk is in front of Arenal beach, on the Paseo Marítimo; from there you can also take the tourist train. Recommended transport from Alicante airport (ALC) is the Beniconnect bus, which stops in Calpe in front of the Hotel Bahia Pierre Vacances. Guests will not need a car in Calpe if they enjoy walking. Parking is difficult in high season; we recommend the free parking Aparcamiento Mercado, and street parking meters can be paid and renewed with a mobile app. The Gran Hotel Sol y Mar has rental parking and a great supermarket.
